I have finally been able to devote enough of my time to making a battle report write-up for our group's first game using the Lion Rampant rules.  The game took place on Feb. 21 when six other gamers gathered for the battle I devised.  We used the "Bloodbath" scenario with three players per side, each with a 24-point retinue to command.

The game went well and we will do it again.  I am also thinking of running a game at our regional convention, known as Bayou Wars, in mid June of this year.  The theme is "1215 - 1415 - 1615 - 1815". I am planning a game involving small forces set during the Agincourt campaign.

Kurtus,

Thanks, I will. Right now my medieval are on a back burner since I have enough figures for eight different 24-point retinues. My main thrust is to get some more French painted for a Napoleonic game at our regional convention, Bayou Wars, in June.
